Zeta loves the hogs!

I’m so excited to have finished the 1st of 3 canvases I’m making for my friend Catherine!

I painted a crown and banner with our open motto on it “Seek the Noblest.” Also, I think the different textures (seen better in person) are pretty neat on this canvas! The dots above the crown are glittery puffy paint & the glossy french pattern in black at the bottom is raised from the matte canvas a little bit. I’m so proud to have this one done already!

Of course all this free time has me CRAFTING! For Christmas I painted canvases for my cousins Sidney & Stella. Stella’s middle name is Jewel, after our great grandmother Jewel Horton. For Sidney I painted an owl because she wants to go to Garland High School where the mascot is an owl. :] I put an inspirational quote on there too, but I wish I had painted it a little better it looks too sloppy. I may have to take it back & fix it!! And lastly, I had these two old cheap canvases from Ikea that no longer go with the theme in my room. Mom bought me burlap so I pimped ‘em out with burlap, paper, and glitter :]
